You represent and warrant to Hanbury at all times that that you (i) have full capacity and authority to accept these terms on behalf of your company or organisation and (ii) you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations when accessing the Platform and Site.

We may amend these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we have made, as they are binding on you. We may also update the Site or change its content at any time. The content on the Site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update it.
We reserve the right to terminate the provision to you of the Site or restrict your access to the Site at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever, including if we suspect you to be in breach of any of the Terms.
We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions. We cannot warrant that the Site will be free of viruses or other malicious code and accept no liability for loss or damage caused from the transmission of such code.

We will not be liable to you if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Your shall keep your profile, log-in details and all other information you submit through the Site safe and secure and ensure that they are not used without your permission. You must immediately notify us if You have reason to believe that there has been unauthorised use or access. We shall assume that any instructions or emails or messages from you via the Site is authorised by you and you shall be solely responsible and liable for them. Hanbury shall have no liability for acting on unauthorised messages submitted through your Profile. You agree that your use of the Site, including the submission of your profile or any other information or material shall (i) comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations; (ii) do not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party; (iii) are not, in the opinion of Hanbury, deemed to be offensive, illegal, inappropriate or contain sexually explicit material; (iv) promote or contain information that you know or believe to be inaccurate, false or misleading; and (v) transmit any junk mail, unsolicited mass mailing, messaging or "spamming".
Hanbury does not verify the accuracy and completeness of any material submitted via the Site or any other information and materials created and used by you on the Site.
Hanbury may withdraw your registration or access to the Platform or Site at any time, without notice.
You may link to the Site provided that you do so in a way that is fair and legal and that does not damage or take advantage of our reputation. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to the Site from any website that is not owned by you. The Site must not be framed on any other website. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
The content on the Site is not intended to amount to investment, legal, tax or other advice on which you should rely. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date and we cannot accept liability for errors or omissions.
Intellectual Property Rights
Hanbury is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on the Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Website. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content on our Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our Site in breach of these Terms, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
Limitation of Liability
Confidential Information shall mean all information whether written or oral and in whatever medium and relates to the business, products, financial and management affairs, customers, employees or authorised agents, plans, proposals, strategies or trade secrets disclosed by you to us. We shall not, and shall ensure that our employees shall not, use copy or disclose any of your Confidential Information except to exercise our rights and to carry out our obligations under this Agreement.
This clause does not apply to any Confidential Information which is or becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of any of our acts or omissions; is already in or comes into our possession from a person lawfully in possession of the information and owing no obligation of confidentiality to you in respect of the information; or is required to be disclosed by any court, government or administrative authority competent to require disclosure.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent or restrict Hanbury from reproducing and using Confidential Information in order to provide the service through the Platform.
Applicable Law; General
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection to them will be governed by English law. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
If any of the Terms are held to be illegal or unenforceable such provisions shall be severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect unless the business purpose of the Terms is substantially frustrated, in which case it shall terminate without giving rise to further liability.
