Hanbury Partners was set up by leading industry professionals and legal practitioners due to a frustration shared by our clients and consultants about the opaque pricing structures in the market. We wanted to create a centralised market place for consultant lawyers, enabling them to take full control of their careers and direction whilst not compromising on the quality of their work or their personal development.
At Hanbury Partners we are true experts within our markets and sectors, having built extensive and trusted relationships built over decades of working within the legal industry. We only work with quality pre-vetted consultant lawyers, some of whom we have had a relationship with for many years.
We are not a job board and our platform is totally free to sign up to. The consultant lawyers on our platform are top tier individuals from diverse backgrounds. Our role is to ensure that only top-quality lawyers with relevant experience are submitted to our clients.
You simply create your profile and start posting your project requirements onto the online platform, which in turn connects you to our full network of lawyers and consultants who can apply for the posting. Hanbury Partners will then only submit the most relevant consultants out of all of applications to the project.
We are dedicated to providing high quality, professional lawyers and consultants. All consultants go through a range of screening prior to joining the platform including:
- A competency-based interview.
- A thorough career examination.
- A professional record check.
- A high-risk vetting process.

Hanbury Partners provide vetted high-quality lawyers and consultants to assist you with you with these pressures.

Within the corporates sector, our clients include FTSE 250 companies, SME’s, public sector bodies and professional services organisations.
During each project we are in regular contact with both our clients and the consultant or lawyer to provide relevant feedback and, where appropriate, advise our clients on the best course of action for their requirements.
Each assignment is a contract or order of work with Hanbury Partners. We contract with the lawyers and consultants directly and then invoice the client monthly.
We allow lawyers to work with a great deal of autonomy (whether part- or full-time or, on a project-by-project basis). Lawyers can work in a flexible way which fits in with their skills and lifestyle. This also enables a diversity of different individuals to work with Hanbury Partners.
